Café Conditorei Luckner — Restaurant in Oberaudorf

Very nicely situated. Very cosy seating with beautiful view, especially when it’s snowing! Service was good. Place is clean, including toilets. Plenty of seating. Not many food items to choose from but number of different cakes is super! We tried a Banana Chocolate cake which was very good and a red berry cake with light cream and a thin layer of pink sugar paste on top…was very good. Both cakes were light and not too sweet. Coffee was very good too…cappuccino, black coffee and espresso. Toast was a bit bland and a bit on the expensive side but was freshly made and still good. We enjoyed our short stop at this place and will definitely return...

A spacious, well-established café with plenty of room both indoors and outdoors. The atmosphere is peaceful and charming, making it a lovely spot to relax. The staff were helpful and friendly.

They offer a wide selection of sweets, from cakes and chocolates to ice cream. We tried two cakes, and both were delicious: light, not overly sweet, and full of flavor, just the way I like it.

Wir kommen jedes Jahr zum Skifahren nach Oberaudorf und ein Muss ist Kaffee & Kuchen im Café Luckner. Dieses Mal war ich sogar dreimal da, aber was mir jetzt beim letzten Besuch wiederfahren ist, fand ich extrem enttäuschend. Ich habe eine Flockensahnetorte bestellt - leider hat mir diese überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, der Teig war wie Gummi und hat sogar "gequietscht" beim Gabelanstich. Nach nur zwei Gabeln habe ich mich bei den Bedienungen beschwert. Wie mir mir dabei umgegangen wurde, machte mich fast sprachlos: Ich wurde extrem unfreundlich behandelt, in vorwurfsvollem Ton wurde mir vorgehalten, dass mit der "Torte alles in Ordnung sei" (obwohl ich das Gegenteil niemals behauptete...). Eigentlich wollte ich ein neues Stück Kuchen aussuchen, aber mir war der Appetit vergangen. Ich selbst arbeite in der Gastronomie und so ein Verhalten gegenüber eines Gastes ist ein absolutes No-Go! Kundenzufriedenheit ist mittlerweile anscheinend eine Nebensache. Dass ich im Endeffekt sogar noch die Torte zahlen musste, ist Beweis genug dafür - unmöglich! Wir werden nicht mehr...
