Absolute disaster. I assume she is the boss lady, and man, I have never felt so insulted by ordering services that I'm paying for.
We order a stew dish, and she doesn't give plates nor a ladle. When we asked for them, she has the nerves to roll her eyes and sigh "oh my god...."
I don't know what kind of sense of entitlement she has about her below average restaurant, but I know the kind of audacity she has rolling her eyes at paying customers.
Food was absolute soggy sandwich. Old, microwaved jokbal, completely overcooked makerel, and mains that are flavored with 10% actual ingredient, and 90% MSG. I would literally not feed their food to my horse.
When I pointed out her OPENLY mocking my colleagues for asking for utencils that should have been automatically provided, the woman had the nerves to glare her eyes at me.

Not so good: Getting a table (at lunchtime on Saturday) will be a challenge, which is why a reservation is necessary. Because of how crowded it is, expect the noise level to be higher than average. You will probably not be able to take your time with lunch, because there is always a line of people waiting to be seated.
