I’m completely satisfied with my order! The staff on the phone were extremely polite and friendly. The delivery time was estimated at around 45 minutes – and that was on a Saturday evening – and it was delivered exactly on time, even though I live two villages away.

The delivery driver was very courteous and even asked if he should take off his shoes before coming inside – I found that really thoughtful. Service like this is no longer something you see every day!

I once thought highly of this place but it sure disappointed me with its delivery service. I ordered two pizzas and it took them 2 hours to deliver them. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I live less than 2km away from this establishment yet the managed to take 2 full hours to deliver. They definitely lost me as a costumer. Die Qualität vom Essen ist unterirdisch gesunken, seitdem es einen neuen Inhaber gibt! Das Essen wird nur noch aus den minderwertigsten Produkten hergestellt, zumindest schmeckt es so. Nicht mal mehr die Pizza kann überzeugen, da selbst am Teig gespart wird. Schnitzel und Nudeln werden in Soße ertränkt, die absolut nicht schmeckt. Die so geliebte Rahmsoße ist Geschichte, was auch immer das jetzige für eine Soße sein soll...

Am Telefon ist man nur unfreundlich, selbst als Stammkunde wirst Du unterirdisch bedient. Der Koch ist nie und nimmer mehr derselbe, was ich wirklich sehr schade finde. Nach über 5 Jahren, in denen ich hier regelmäßig bestellt habe, ist das einfach nur traurig mit anzusehen, wie man aus etwas so gutem etwas so schlechtes machen kann, nur weil es um Profit geht. Quantität statt Qualität, aber Preise schön anziehen. Bis man den letzten Kunden verkrault hat - hoffe auf eine Konkurrenz, damit die ihren Lieferdienst mal wieder ernst nehmen! Denn aktuell hat man so das Gefühl von wegen: "Hier nimm, was besseres bekommst du sowieso nicht im Umkreis..."
