I odered buttered Zander fish for 15.90 euro and i got 4 small pieces fish and a lot of salad in a pasta bowl, it shouldnt use a pasta bowl in that dish. i ordered fish not a salad, the main dish is a FISH not a salad!. Im so disappointed. I paid for the Salad for 15.90. My drink is also disappointing, i ordered Holundersaft mit schorle and i got just like water, i think not enough syrup thats why like water. and we asked the waiter to change it. when its came back still same taste, lock of flavor. i feel like i paid for the salad and...

Incredibly busy restaurant, right in the centre of Pfronten. There's a good selection of local food, but we found that the dishes weren't as well-cooked or as tasty as in other nearby restaurants. We found the staff were polite, but not friendly and we didn't feel like staying any longer than we needed to here. It's obviously popular, or it wouldn't fill their many tables. We just found it lacking - as if it wasn't in the heart of the Algaeu but was an Algaeu-themed restaurant thousands of miles away. A weird sensation...

Nous avons passé une soirée absolument parfaite au Braugasthof Falkenstein, qui mérite amplement ses 5 étoiles ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par une équipe attentionnée et professionnelle. L'ambiance du restaurant est typiquement bavaroise, avec son charme rustique, une décoration authentique et une atmosphère conviviale qui vous transporte immédiatement dans la région.

Les bières brassées sur place sont tout simplement excellentes et reflètent parfaitement le savoir-faire local. Pour débuter notre repas, nous avons partagé une Allgäuer Festtagssuppe, savoureuse et réconfortante, idéale pour ouvrir l’appétit. Ensuite, nous avons opté pour des Allgäuer Kässpätzle, sans aucun doute les meilleurs que nous ayons jamais goûtés ! La richesse des saveurs, la texture parfaite des pâtes, et ce fromage fondant… c'était un véritable délice. Chaque bouchée était un pur plaisir.

Pour couronner le tout, nous avons terminé sur une note sucrée en partageant un Kaiserschmarrn, dessert traditionnel bavarois qui a conclu notre repas de manière exquise. Le goût authentique et la générosité des portions nous ont totalement conquis.

En résumé, le Braugasthof Falkenstein est une adresse incontournable pour quiconque souhaite vivre une véritable expérience gastronomique bavaroise.
