When we were finally seated, the attitude of our server was downright appalling. They approached our table with an expression that screamed “I don’t want to be here,” and their demeanor matched. They were rude, condescending, and completely uninterested in doing their job. When we had the nerve to ask a simple question about the menu, we were met with a sigh and an eye roll, as if we were wasting their precious time. The owner was drunk and the smell from the owner was clearly coming when he was near our table . As well other staff the bartender and the waiter didn’t even gave any kind of service even they don’t deserve one star . Me with my other 4 friends was there for dinner to celebrate one of the friends birthday but it was the worst birthday ever didn’t expect that kind of response. We came specially from Berlin but as of our expectations it was totally opposite. Sorry to say never ever again we’ll be here and I don’t recommend this place at all. Many other places to enjoy your food and precious time...

Based on reviews, I reserved a table for three persons. The food was not tasty. Nothing special. Palak Paneer did not taste well, probably salt was not added. I requested for salt and chilli for myself that never came. Substandard quality of rice was used. One star for delicious Mango lassi. The food was spicy for my German colleage.

Hospitality: Below average. We were in the middle of lunch, and waiter asked us if my colleage has finished eating. Surprisingly, after 5 min approximately different waiter inquired again if we are finished (so he can remove plates from our table? or kick us out?). Our lunch was very quick, we spent approximately 40 min (entry and exit). The similar incident happened to a girl in middle of her meal. The girl was sitting next to our table. A great authentic Indian restaurant and food. The ambience is good and the location is very nice and quiet and very near the bus station as well. The restaurant staff are really very friendly and appreciate the good work from Lohi 👏 The food tastes really good and they could customise based on our needs. Mostly non spicy but the spices can be added if you want. Chicken Hyderabadi curry is good and the chicken is very tender and soft while eating. Nice work from the chefs. The hospitality is really good. Really surprised with the complimentary foods that they provided. An extra naan with the curry, vodka shots and chocolates from the stores.
