Rüsseler Flames — Restaurant in Rüsselsheim am Main

Good food but bad service. We tried buffet dinner twice and both times they did something that you wouldn't expect from a good restaurant. They indirectly want the customers to leave as early as possible. So that they can get new customer in and take per head charges. During our second visit they had all good dishes finished already, a few friends joined us late and by that time they didn't have the good items left. And when complained about it, they tried to convince us by saying that there are extra customers today. Both times WE HAD RESERVATION.

In short, they have good chef, but bad owners who care more about money!

A lovely restaurant we always turn to when we need our fix of an Indian meal. Authentically Indo-Pakistani, we order atleast once a month from the restaurant. We have tried most of their chicken dishes, snacks and a couple of lamb and vegetable dishes not forgetting their mango lassi. Each time we were truly satisfied. We also turned to them on short notice when we had a small get together at the home and they happily obliged, even delivering the order in time and piping hot. Their delivery service from Lieferando is also prompt and quick. Their hospitality also deserves a noteworthy mention. Our next thing on our to-do list is to try their buffet which is open every weekend. Am sure it’ll be a wonderful experience as always. We visited this restaurant yesterday upon recommendations we saw on some fb page. This place just exceeded our expectations. It was a special night due to Pakistan day in which live music was being played. The whole atmosphere reminded us of Pakistan away from Pakistan, so it was a wonderful experience. Food was authentic and delicious and they have not compromised on the real taste based on the demand of the market. 10 stars out of 5 for their service. Wonderfully pleasant people. Due to some issues we were not able to find the bus going from Rüsselheim hbf to this restaurant. Just called them to know the alternate and they were kind enough to send a car to pick us up.
