McDonald's — Restaurant in Ratingen

Unfortunately today I had a very bad experience with the "Albanian employees working there, especially a girl with black hair and a thin man of Albanian origin who said he was the boss there" My daughter and I specifically bought the chicken nuggets box of 20 , tea and 2 cheeseburgers , so these cost about €18. I politely asked the Albanian employee to give me a toy for my little girl (3 years old)because she was complaining and the employee with the black hair looked very ironic and asked me if I got the children's menu. And I explained to her that I don't have a children's menu, but I have already spent 18€ on an order , and if they could give me a toy for my little one. Her answer was a sharp NO How can she get it only with a menu And I explain to her that they have given me another game besides me because I often go to this particular store and the girl turns and asks the boss ironically and he answers me I'm the boss and what you're saying is impossible, if you want it you'll either get the menu or you'll pay €3. I understand that it may indeed be a mistake that they have given me extra toys for the child once again, but at least they should have spoken nicely and with respect because I go to this store very often and they had a very awful way, shame on them, both of them who work there, especially "the boss", are...

Ein relativ typisches McDonald's, allerdings etwas größer, 1 McDrive ist ebenfalls vorhanden.... Meist läuft hier alles problemlos, leider muss ich allerdings 1 Stern abziehen, da im McDrive des Öfteren bei Bestellungen Fehler passieren, Dinge bis hin zum Fehlen von ganzen Burgern. Und wenn man nicht jedesmal gleich kontrolliert ob man auch alles hat, regt man sich zu Hause auf... Das ist schon häufiger passiert, vor allem bei größeren Bestellungen. Deshalb leider nur 4 Sterne. Nun aber mal zum positiven Teil: Ansonsten ist das Essen hier für Mc-Donalds-Verhältnisse gut👍 Das Restaurant ist 2stöckig, und sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzecken, manche mit Couches, andere mit Hochstühlen, wieder andere mit ganz normalen Tischen, und sogar einen ziemlich großen Außenbereich...🌟 Die Farbwahl im inneren ist relativ bunt und knallig in den McDonald's Farben dekororiert, wirkt aber doch noch dezent👌 Neben vielen Plätzen sind zudem Steckdosen und USB-Ports an der Wand angebracht, durch die man wunderbar sein Handy/Tablet aufladen kann, oder sich sogar mit seinem Laptop ungestört zum Arbeiten hinsetzen kann! Zusätzlich gibt es auch noch gratis WIFI, also was will man mehr?😉 Dafür, dass man eigentlich bloß, einen Burger essen wollte...🌟 Und das alles gratis🌟 Wenn man das Essen mag, lohnt es sich sicher, hier mal vorbei zu schauen! ⚠️Zu Corona: Maskenpflicht und Abstandsregel sind auch hier Pflicht, und man muss sich eintragen lassen ob man das Essen mitnehmen oder dort essen möchte, da nur eine begrenzte Zahl Menschen gleichzeitig drinnen essen darf. (Abstandsregel). Zusätzlich muss man bei Verzehr vor Ort einen aktuellen negativen Test, oder die Impfungen nachweisen!⚠️ Hygienevorschriften wurden veschärft und werden von den Mitarbeitern auch...

It's about all you can expect from a McDonald's. I went there on a Sunday evening and it was absolutely packed. I can tolerate the loud atmosphere, long waiting times (although ironic for a "fast food" restaurant) but I ordered the vegetarian nuggets which turned out to not be vegetarian at all. This is unacceptable, to put non vegetarian food in a vegetarian food container is one thing, but to let that level of cross-contamination happen makes me worry about what else goes on in the kitchen.
