Food is good but the lady there is extremely rude ; probably because we were distinctly non white foreigners. They say on their door that they accept all cards. We checked that and only then went inside and ordered food. When we had to pay , both her card machines were not working ; one of the machine had really low battery (not even a bar)- I could see it when I tried to pay with my card. Her card machines had issues and she had the audacity to YELL in front of all her other customers (who were distinctly native customers and customer from her ethnicity) that we ate and did not ask if we could pay with card "! Why should we when it says on their door that they accept cards! Then she said oh" I am busy i have to go now" , very curtly and yelling as well. It can happen your card machine is broken , but there is a way of saying that to your customers. Never going back again. She is distinctly and selectivity racist I must say. She was REALLY nice to the other customers - you know who they were !
Update: replying to the restaurant's answer - No! You rudely spoke to us when we said we want to pay together for 2 people; not 7.90€. That's when she said "you order a Lamacun and don't ask before if we take cards". I can order whatever I like. You need to stop putting misleading and incomplete information on your door. Good attempt to lie and twist the incident ! Also it has nothing to do with understanding German. We understood you very well and it's definitely not the first time we went to a restaurant where the card machine was giving some trouble. Like I said, there is a way to talk and treat...
Read moreFood was really good...but the service was bad....I have been there with a friend together for a small dinner....she made a fuss about card payments and yelled at us when we're polite and nice all along. She was very friendly with native customers and Germans but selectively treated us very bad because we were brown. Asked her for card payment which is written on their door that they accept it, she yelled at us infront of everyone without any reason we paid for 21 euros and her machines were not working and she was very rude, and told us she was very busy. Very rrude people....Not coming back , very selectively treated and badly.differently treated for sure since the beginning we arrived. She made a comment that why we don't have enough cash if my friend just ate a...
