Before going to this restaurant I read the reviews and took a note of one that said: that the clients found out at home that they had not received certain tapas but had paid for all the dishes and that the owner never responded to their emails about it. So I wrote down everything that we ordered. We waited for about an hour - very weird for tapas as the dishes should arrive just little by little every now and then. But no, here you wait very long and everything arrives at the same time, lots of dishes on the table. The food is not great. I noticed that one of the dishes we ordered was not there. When I asked for the bill, the dish was on the bill. I have a feeling it happens there more often than anyone thinks. I asked the waitress to take the dish off the bill. The owner came, checked our table as if not trusting us and just WALKED OFF!!! NO EXPLANATION and WITHOUT APOLOGISING! Quite shocking. The dish was eventually taken off the bill. Leider enttäuschend – trotz nettem Service der Kellnerinnen

Wir waren zu viert zum Tapas-Essen dort und haben Wein, Bier und Wasser getrunken. Das Essen war gut, die Rechnung von 140 Euro fair. Leider wurde der Abend – wie schon bei früheren Besuchen – durch das Verhalten des Chefs erheblich getrübt.

Wir haben dem Laden mehrfach eine Chance gegeben, aber bei jedem Besuch zeigte der Chef das gleiche herablassende und wenig kundenorientierte Verhalten. Die Kellnerinnen dagegen waren stets freundlich und bemüht – großes Lob an sie!

Umso unverständlicher ist es, dass der Chef offenbar glaubt, seine überhebliche Art käme gut an. Statt echter Gastfreundschaft: ein spöttischer Ton, kaum Verständnis, kein Respekt gegenüber Gästen.

Beim letzten Besuch wollten wir einen 50-Euro-Gutschein einlösen. Die Gesamtrechnung betrug 140 Euro – also 90 Euro zu zahlen. Ich gab 150 Euro in bar. Statt einer normalen Abwicklung wurden wir mit einem süffisanten „ob genug drin ist?“ abgefertigt. Rückgeld? Fehlanzeige. Erst nach mehrfachem Nachfragen stellte sich heraus, dass zu viel kassiert wurde. Auch da: keine Entschuldigung, stattdessen die nächste Bemerkung – „ob ich was für die Mädels da lasse?“.

Kein Chupito aufs Haus, kein Zeichen von echtem Bedauern oder Gastfreundschaft – nichts. Sehr schade, denn das Lokal hätte Potenzial. Aber mit diesem Umgangston und dieser Haltung gegenüber zahlenden Gästen bleibt nur ein bitterer Nachgeschmack.

We came, they told us that the chef is not at the work right now and they have only cold snacks. We ordered potato (2,50€) and received just crisps for package… then we ordered jamon (6,50€) and sardellen (6,50€), and one drink - orange juice.
