I visited this... "cafe" after reading all the good reviews. At first everything was fine - the "chef" was friendly with the customers. But after I spent some time there, it became clear that this is just a show. Behind the scenes there is a completely different atmosphere. Some employees are ignored or even mistreated. There are the "favorite friends" - and then there are the "others" who are treated more like servants. That's not supposed to be! Their products is nothing special. Very nice ambience. The coffee and biers are good here. It is also an ice cream parlour, so a good place for a calming warm evening. We absolutely loved the ambience. We were here to meet a friend and we were able to sit for more than an hour without being bothered by the staff. The service is friendly and the order comes to your table, after you have already paid while giving your order. The card payment...

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe vor Ort. Im Vorfeld wurde extra nachgefragt ob das ein Problem darstellt, was verneint wurde. Uns wurde zugesagt, dass Stühle und Tische bereit stehen bei unserer Ankunft. Leider war das nicht der Fall. Wir mussten alles selbst aufstellen. Die Bestellung hat meine Freundin aufgenommen (da trotz größerer Gruppe keine Möglichkeit bestand, einen Mitarbeiter zur Verfügung zu stellen). Das Eis wurde in kompletten Chaos zu den Tischen gebracht. Während ein Teil der Gruppe schon 20 Minuten mit dem Essen fertig war, hatten andere noch kein Eis. Nachdem fast jeder bedient war, wurde von Café festgestellt, dass Eisbecher bestellt wurden, die es saisonbedingt aktuell nicht gibt. Warum stehen sie dann auf der Karte... Ohne jeglichen Hinweis ?! Für mich sind das alles absolute no-gos. Geschmeckt hat's leider auch nicht. Wir kommen...
