We came here with the family to have a nice time, rest and enjoy the weekend. However, the experience with the restaurant made everything worse. Food is mediocre and expensive. Only fries were really good. But the main reason for u pleasant experience if the stuff, especially a lady with dark red hair. We did not know what is the system with tables, and when we tried to sit, she yelled at us in German and told us to stand in the line (which was the line for the drinks), when we had to stay in another line (there was literally no one standing there). the service of the staff here at the entrance is terribly bad. she just insults you in front of other people, she makes no effort to help you, they keep saying go and pay, go and pay, while I showed them that I have already paid, so I'm going to pay double again and they can't keep saying I'm going to pay until I go to the service desk to ask for help, apparently I'll get another 3 euros back from the deposit. Meine Frau und ich waren heute Abend im Palm Beach Restaurant zum Essen. Sauber und ordentlich ist es und die vielen Menschen die dort Arbeiten machen ihren Job echt gut aber am Limit. Entweder ist es so das auch hier kein Personal unter denn Umständen Arbeiten möchte oder der Betrieb ist auf die maximale Gewinn Ausrichtung getrimmt.

Eines vorweg, uns haben die Kellner, foodrunner und Getränkeläufer alles samt machen einen echt guten Job und dafür würde ich glatt 5 Sterne geben! Aber

Und jetzt kommen wir zum Essen.

Suppe (Süßkartoffelsuppe mit zuckerschoten hat null Geschmack sowas habe ich lange nicht gegessen. Das schlimmste ist die scheint zudem als einziges Gericht selbst gemacht zu sein. Null nichts kannst auch Wasser löffeln. Keine Sterne

Das Hauptgericht wurde prompt vertauscht und alles inklusive der Vorspeise gebracht. Also Tisch voll und nichts geht mehr.

Mein Rumpsteak habe ich gleich wieder zurück gehen lassen 200g ok aber es war Englisch. Wollte ich nicht haben sondern weil-done. Das grillgemüse für 3,90€ zu denn 18,90€ war wieder komplett ohne Geschmack.

Ab da an habe ich mich verarscht Gefühlt gibts da einen in der Küche der kochen kann ohne Geschmack. Im übrigen bei meiner Frau war alles soweit ok Sie hatte aber auch eine andere Garstufe nu gut und die ofenkartoffel war das billigste was man wohl bekommt.

Alles in allem es ist schlimm das man als Kunde wenn man übernachtet hier auch noch so verarscht wird. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen!
