After hearing that I could try Koreanized Chinese food in Germany, I was intrigued and visited this restaurant in Frankfurt am Main. Generally, one might associate Chinese food with being a bit oily or having strong, distinct spice aromas, so I was curious to see how the Korean-reinterpreted taste would be.
Here, I ordered Ganjjajang (Jjajangmyeon with separate sauce) and Tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork). The food was very satisfying. The overall balance of the dishes was good, and it was pleasantly delicious without the heaviness or overly strong spice aromas I might have anticipated.

I had to eat outside because the owner told me the restaurant is full. There were 6 empty tables. Also he sat someone down that came 5 minutes after me.
