Frankfurt am Main is known to have a significant Korean community, which means it's a good place to find authentic Korean cuisine. I recently visited a restaurant here, Fathers Korean Restaurant, that offers a variety of Korean dishes, and I found it to be a worthwhile spot.
While they serve a range of different foods, and I understand other dishes are also quite tasty, I particularly tend to order the fried chicken here. It's prepared very well; the exterior is satisfyingly crisp, and the meat inside remains tender and moist. You have the option to order it plain or with various sauces, which allows for different flavour experiences, and the combination of the chicken and the seasoning is consistently good.
Although I have a preference for the chicken, I would suggest that trying other dishes on the menu is also likely a good idea, given the overall quality of the cooking I've experienced.
