McDonald's — Restaurant in Schweitenkirchen

So I will start by saying that this was by far the worst and I mean the worst not only in Germany but in general everywhere in the world I have been. We entered the McDonald's Fast Food and immediately ordered (we ordered from the app so that we don't have to wait on the long queues to order), I ordered on table number 79, I paid and there was no problem from our side, so we sit down and wait for our food to come. People started coming after us and somehow getting their orders way before us eventhough they had much more stuff ordered than us, so I stood up and went to ask what is up with the thing I had ordered, considering the fact we had already waited 30+ minutes, then one of the workers, told me with disgust that I haven't even ordered and I had to to show him that the money had been pulled out of my account, the staff were very disorientated and they were very rude, by far the worst workers in a McDonald's restaurant EVER. And once I had gone to ask for my order I finally got it 5 minutes later, but since I waited for that long the food I got was very cold and my burger that I ordered wasn't even set up properly (the buns were separated from each other, the tomatoes were out of the burger, the patty was raw and the cheese wasn't grilled). I really hope this review does get to the manager of that restaurant and maybe they change something.

P.S. the restaurant staff are very disorientated and rude, the food arrives very late and they tell you that you haven't even ordered, I really don't recommend going to this restaurant if you can hold a bit more and get to Munich to go to McDonald's is much better, or if you can't hold your hunger any more there is a Burger King and KFC right next to this abomination of...

It was a disaster - I have never been to such an awful McDonald's. Firstly, after self-service at the kiosk, I had to wait for 6 minutes for anyone to bother to come and serve (I was paying in cash). I know it's not a lot of time, but for a fast food chain? It definitely is. Next, after paying, we were waiting for around 10 minutes for our food, if not longer. I understand it was a busy day, but to be honest? The employees weren't even trying - only the manager was at least trying. But the kitchen? I worked at McDonald's and I know it can be overwhelming but come on, grow a backbone. When I finally got my food I didn't get the straws for my milkshakes and coke. I was ignored by 2 employees, I had to practically yell "excuse me" and I was finally heard a third time. Of course, they weren't speaking English (which, in my opinion is not acceptable, it's a multimillion company, employees should know basic English). So I showed my drinks and finally got my straws. The only good thing was the food itself - warm, tasty, not soggy, and curly fries...

I have ordered a Happy meal today at drive. The lady from kasse got my card insert it în The kasse and gave it back to me. I did not see my card for a few seconds.. I asked for the bill. She gave it to me and then I saw there was payed a big french fries portion, an cheeseburger, a big Coke. 8.4 euros instead of 5. I asked The lady from where I got The order why I don't have a happy meal. She answered that Happy meal is not longer în The offer. Wich is obviously not True after I looked at mcdonalds menu on their website. Anyway, they should comunicate and let me know and decide if I need another things but what I have ordered. I woke up with a big glass of Coke (not with a small one like happy meal has), with big fries (not small fries as happy meal has) and with extra cost. So....take care of...
