We made a special effort to arrive before 9 PM just to get a good coffee. We drove fast to specifically go to this place, because it’s the best coffee. However, upon arrival, we were met with an older man who flat-out refused to make any more coffee. Instead of a polite explanation, he arrogantly pointed at the coffee machine, as if that’s the same quality.

Honestly, if this is how you treat customers who actually care about good coffee, you should be ashamed. A business that supposedly values coffee but refuses to serve it with basic hospitality is beyond disappointing. Absolutely ridiculous service—never coming back. That person you employ has it all backwards. There’s customers you serve, not to get home early. The arrogance of that person is what I despise in people. Great...

Toilet system not working. I paid 2 euros and no vouchers came out (normally for 1 euro you get 50 cents voucher to spend). I ordered coffee and showed on my bank app I paid 2 euros and no vouchers came, assuming they could still apply 50 cent discount although paper voucher didn’t came out. The lady didn’t offer any service whatsoever. In the end I paid double fee for toilet and had bad iced coffee...

Absolut überteuert! OK, an einer Autobahnraststätte ist es immer etwas teurer, aber 8,90€ für ein Panini Caprese? Ein Stückchen Aufbackbaguette mit etwas Mozzarella und Tomate drauf, was auch noch recht hart und geschmacksneutral war?! Auch die Kaffeepreise sind absolut überzogen! Wir haben für zwei mittlere Kaffee (die Recht klein waren), ein Panini Caprese und ein Ciabatta mit Hühnchen 26,-€ bezahlt!!! Eigentlich wollten wir noch zwei Kaltgetränke mitnehmen (damit wären wir dann definitiv über 30,-€ gelegen), aber diese waren alle warm (nicht nur nicht kalt, sondern wirklich warm), obwohl sie in einem Kühlregal standen. Wirklich von Herzen freundlich bedient würde man auch nicht und als wir dann noch nicht alle unsere Tickets von Serways einlösen könnten, wäre mir beinahe der Kragen geplatzt! Hätten wir jedes Teil einzeln bezahlt, hätten wir alle vier Tickets einlösen können. Dann wäre die Dame hinter dem Tresen allerdings nich genervter gewesen. Nie mehr werden wie diese...
