I've been here 3 times since moving to Germany last year. I've never seen a more incompetent Mcdonalds, honestly. We only went to get 2 toys, a drink and a sundae. First we were told we can't order inside (probably understaffed) and the woman on the till spoke less German than I do. We tried to ask for the toys separately (standard request) she had no idea what we meant. The sundae machine was broken (in the 3 times we've been here it's never worked).

Zunächst wird man im Drive von einer Dame begrüßt, die sich irgendwelche Codes ausdenkt. Wenn dann ein richtiger Code vermittelt wurde einfach die Bestellung nach ihren Wünschen zusammen gebastelt. In der Hoffnung die Bestellung sei richtig fährt man dann nun weiter, ohne zu wissen ob man ans erste oder zweite Fenster soll. Nagut. Beim zweiten Fenster angekommen wird einem dann die Bestellung entgegen gegeben und bezahlt dahingehend alles super. Sofern alle Artikel vorhanden sind. Wenn eine Apfeltasche gerade nicht warm ist wird sie halt nicht mit ausgegeben, ist ja egal und es wird erstmal gefragt was das Problem dabei wäre, obwohl man dafür gezahlt hatte. Nach 10 Minuten warten war es dann endlich so weit, die Fahrt konnte mit kalten, teilweise rohem und sehr schlecht zubereiteten Essen die Fahrt fortsetzen.

Vom Zustand im Restaurant selbst müssen wir gar nicht erst anfangen. Es stinkt, es ist dreckig, 3 von 4 Bestellterminals funktionieren nicht und der einzig funktionierende hat einige farb Fehler im Display. Immerhin ist hier die Bedienung zum Teil freundlich und der deutschen Sprache mächtig, wo ich mich frage warum diese nicht an dem eh schon bescheidenen drive Headset hängen, damit man immerhin etwas versteht.

Wenn man also unbedingt etwas bei Mc Donalds essen möchte, sind die Filialen in Kreuztal und Freudenberg jedoch sehr zu empfehlen. Jedoch ist dort natürlich eine längere Fahrtzeit eingeschlossen, wodurch man dann meist doch sein...
