Hallo Emil — Restaurant in Stuttgart

I came here with friends last weekend. We made sure to reserve as the place gets pretty packed. There was a line to get in. So we waited a few minutes with ours masks on. We were required to provide contact information per household at the table, then were told where our table was and how the ordering works.

The menu is small and always changing. The drink menu is also small but they have a lot of things not listed on the menu itself. I do not recommend the Quitte Spritz unless you like sweet drinks. The food and the presentation were amazing. The portions are a bit smaller, so I recommend getting an appetizer and/or dessert. I would recommend for the kitchen to add a bit more vegetables to the dishes, rather than using them as scarce decoration for color.

The place and decor is very open and stylish, with hammocks our front, board games inside, and open fire at night. If you are coming with a bike or are next door at the freibad, this location is perfect. I would definitely...

Hello Emil:) Today we finally found and had dinner in this local special restaurant. The place has its own vibe and character. If you need something else (for example we asked for extra glass or drink pipes) just say it exactly. We were served by a very nice waitress. Meals were very delicious. Prices are for expensive Stuttgart region normal (50-55 Euro for 2 people with main meals and soft drinks) The bar men and cashier were also very polite and heard my additional opinion regarding parking and Google maps point. Btw, if you drive here, just navigate Hallenbad Untertürkheim and also use its parking and then walk to the restaurant. Als Hochzeits-DJ spiele ich sehr oft im Hallo Emil und möchte kurz aus DJ Perspektive auflisten, wovon sich das Hallo Emil von anderen Wedding-Locations unterscheidet.

Sound / Anlage / Tanzen:

Das ungezwungene und lockere Ambiente wirkt auf die Gäste sehr frei, sodass Sie sich sehr wohl fühlen. Nichts muss, alles kann! Dies führt meist zu ausgelassenen Partys, die selten so intensiv sind wie im Hallo Emil. Die Musikanlage ist ins Ambiente integriert, sodass man keine Boxentürme beim DJ stehen hat. Dies wirkt viel eleganter und passt zum ungezwungenen Konzept, da auch dies den Gast nicht zum Tanz anschreit, sondern mit seiner Vierpunkt-Bestrahlung im Hallo Emil auch während einem Event angenehm wahrzunehmen ist. Dadurch kann der DJ einen organisch-wachsenden Sound generieren und nicht erst over-performen, wenn der Hochzeitstanz zu ende ist. Meist muss man 1-2 Tische für die Tanzfläche wegräumen, also wenn Ihr keinen Hochzeitstanz machen wollte, ist spätestens das das Zeichen, dass die Tanzfläche eröffnet ist. Zudem eine stylo Diskokugel drinnen und draußen. Dasselbe gilt auch für die einladende Terrasse. Auch hier kann problemlos ein DJ auflegen und in die ersten Abendstunden einleiten.

Essen /Getränke /Kulinarik

Verglichen mit alle Locations bei denen ich jemals gespielt habe, hat das Hallo Emil die Krone auf. Egal was das Küchenteam zaubert, es schmeckt einzigartig. Zudem ist es die einzige Wedding-Location mit einer (sogar 2) Siebträger Maschine und man bekommt richtigen Espresso. Nicht den Abklatsch aus einem Vollautomaten, der nach Vereinsmeisterschaften schmeckt. Richtig geilen Espresso! Auf Wunsch gibt es auch Filterkaffee zum Nachtisch etc.

Team

Das Hallo Emil ist einfach ein DIY-Projekt und das bemerkt man auch beim Personal. Man stellt nur Leute ein mit denen man sich theoretisch auch vorstellen könnte in den Urlaub zu fahren. Alle viben zusammen und das überträgt sich unmittelbar auf die Gäste. Jeder Wunsch wird sich seiner angenommen, egal ob von Brautpaar, Gast oder DJ. Natürlich macht es Sinn für Techniksupport oder andere Programmpunkte vorab die mit dem Hallo Emil oder den DJ abzusprechen.

Ich durfte bisher nur tolle Hochzeiten dort spielen und jede Party war auf seine Weise einzigartig. Ich könnte so viele Geschichten noch zum Hallo Emil erzählen, bei Interesse könnt ihr euch jeder Zeit bei mir melden.
