We’ve visited this location several times and have had mixed experiences. The food is decent—nothing exceptional—but the service and the way they treat customers is frankly unacceptable. Their priority seems to be squeezing as much money out of you as possible, with little regard for whether you enjoy your visit or choose to return.

Most recently, we went for lunch to take advantage of their current offer: two pizzas for just under 20 euros. We had used this offer just the week before, as it really is a cool offer, without any issues. We ordered our pizzas and had a pleasant meal (despite the restaurant being completely empty). However, when it came time to pay, we were told we had to pay the full price for each pizza because we hadn’t explicitly mentioned the lunch offer when ordering.

This is absurd and completely unreasonable. On our previous visit, we didn’t have to state anything upfront to receive the offer. We were then told that there was no way to adjust the bill in the system and that it was our fault for not specifying the offer at the beginning of the meal.

This experience has permanently lost them four customers. We will absolutely not be returning, nor will we be recommending this location to anyone. No wonder this location is always empty, if this is how they treat the few returning...

I made an online reservation for 9 people and never received a confirmation email, so I had to call the restaurant myself to make sure it was confirmed. When we arrived, our table wasn’t ready, and they had to arrange something on the spot.

Unfortunately, the service was very poor. Drinks took a long time to arrive, and our food order took more than an hour to be served. When the food finally came, one pizza was missing — and it turned out that they had run out of pizza in a pizza restaurant! At first, no one explained why; they just said there was no more pizza. Only after one person from our table asked again did they mention that the pizza oven had broken.

On top of that, the pasta dishes arrived cold, probably because they had been waiting for the pizzas to be ready. So not only did one person have nothing to eat, but the others also got cold food after a very long wait.

Overall, the service was unacceptable — everything was delayed, communication was bad, and the whole experience was frustrating. Definitely not the level of organization or service you’d expect from a...

I just want to keep this short. The staff was nice and friendly, but my tuna pizza was very dry and no amount of oil could save it and my son didn’t like his shrimp pizza he said it tasted like nothing and my daughter spit it out immediately. The pasta also was too hard, I guess it’s their style but my children are not used to hard pasta. We had to wait over 20 minutes on the dessert which was way too long for our children and it was ok!
