On the whole a pleasant experience. We hadn‘t booked in advance on a Friday lunchtime, so we were placed in the beer garden. It seems to be quite a popular place a bit beyond its heyday. But alright for a piece of GDR nostalgia - the prices are really up to date, though. Our waitress was very eager to please everyone around trying her best. The drinks were served well chilled and quickly, but then we had to wait for more than half an hour for the food. Quantity: OK, quality a bit above average. Read moreCame with a group of 8 and found a table within two minutes. Waitress was friendly, offered menus, and took our order efficiently. Everyone got their food in about 30 minutes, all arriving within 5-7 minutes of each other which was impressive.
Plenty of food - typical German style, fatty and delicious. Quick payment process, you can pay by card but need to go to the counter.
