EINE WAHRE KATASTROPHE - NIE WIEDER DAY&NIGHT!!

Vorab: Ich habe schon einige Lieferdienste durchprobiert und eine gute Toleranz bei den üblichen Problemen der Lieferdienste aufgebaut. Hier hat es aber alles übertroffen.

Bestellt wurde Pekingsuppe und gebratener Reis. Außerdem Sojasoße und Sambal Olek mit dem Hinweis das Besteck mit zu liefern.

Aus angekündigten 30min Lieferzeit wurden letztendlich 80min. Beim Annehmen der Bestellung habe ich nochmals nachgefragt ob ein Löffel dabei ist, dies wurde mir im Besteck-Päckchen versichert. Er hat es nochmals ausdrücklich bestätigt.

• Geliefert wurde eine Gabe und Messer... kein Löffel.
• Außerdem 2x Süß-Sauer-Soße anstelle von Sojasoße und Sambal Olek.

Ich habe sofort angerufen in der Hoffnung, dass der Fahrer noch in der nähe ist. Am Telefon hat die Qualität ihren Tiefpunkt erreicht. Ich wurde dumm angemacht und abgewimmelt von wegen "Brudeer im Besteck-Paket ist halt nur das drin". Die Tatsache, dass ich einfach belogen wurde hat er ständig ignoriert, auf die Frage wie er sich das vorstellt hieß es letztendlich wenn ich es nicht essen wolle kann ich es wegschmeissen. Zum Thema der bestellten Sojasoße & Sambal Olek kam es garnicht, letztendlich hat der Lieferdienst einfach aufgelegt.

Was ist da bitte für ein Auftreten und schlechtes Unternehmen? Hauptsache viel verkaufen egal zu welchem Preis... Unterirdischer Service, Essen soll dann weggeschmissen werden...? Das Unternehmen sollte von der Karte genommen werden - Hier muss noch jemand ganz viel lernen...
