McDonald's — Restaurant in Vereinbarte Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Rastatt

Today 20.09.2024. my boyfriend and I went to mcdonalds in Rastatt at this location: Ettlinger Str. 3, 76437 Rastatt, Germany. We found black hair in our fries and went to show the young employee at the desk she apologised and gave us new fries then in the new fries we found again long black fried hair stuck to the fries. We asked for a refund and the young lady wanted to help us but was denied by her boss so they didn't want to give us the money back. We talked to the manager: older lady with gray long hair and she said its impossible even tho we showed it to the younger employee. The manager denied us the refund and didnt let us talk to her boss. We insisted on the refund 4 times but were denied all 4 times. Also they didn't change the oil where we got 2 fried hairs with fries but instead they kept putting new batches of fries in the same oil and kept giving it to other customers which is so unsanitary. Get a free hair with your fries! SWEET! Not a big deal because they'll give you new fries. Be vigilant for there could be a hair in there aswell. It's all fine because you can ask for your money back. Except they don't do that, the "manager" claims. They can give you something else. I personally chose the ice cream and preferably the white one because the hair would stick out in it if it's there. There could be nails in there tho, or something else entirely. GULP. Just avoid it in a big goat circle! Just go to Lidl and buy the cheapest bread and cheese slices, it amounts to pretty much the same thing. The staff was cool tho. Honestly we should kick McDonald's out of the country. Let's just move it to Sweden or somewhere norther. They got room for it...

Ich glaube wir hatten noch nie so einen schlechten Besuch bei einem McDonalds, wir haben ganz normal online bestellt aber haben dann das neue HappyMeal gesehen und wollten das dazubestellen, die Dame hat uns erstmal nicht gefragt ob wir etwas dazu möchten (eigentlich Standard Prozedur in jedem andren Mc Donald's) dann habe ich der Frau das vermittelt sie schließt bei der Hälfte das Fenster???? Sie hat mit keinem andren Kunden gesprochen den da war niemand, naja gut soll passen dann sagt sie auf einmal einen anderen Preis als erwartet (43 statt 35€) und schließt wieder die Tür ich gucke auf den Kassenbon fahre vor und frage wirklich nett nach ich meine ja das kann immer passieren. Stellt sich heraus sie hab und das Minecraft Menü statt das Minecraft happy meal ich sage hey sorry wir wollten das happy meal. Der Mitarbeiter ruft den Schichtleiter ich schildere ihm das gleiche, hier fängt der gute Herr an zu sagen das dies nicht gehen würde und unmöglich sei???? Ich sage nein das stimmt einfach nicht naja kurze Rede langer Sinn er gibt mir mein Geld zurück anstatt mir einfach ein happy meal zu geben??? Weil er anscheinend keine halben Bestellungen ändern kann? Er gibt mir dann aber nur 30€ (also unsere online Bestellung) ich sage entschuldigen sie ich habe aber 43 bezahlt er NEIN DAS IST UNMÖGLICH rennt zu der Kasse und aufeinmal ist es sehr möglich absolut unfreundlich gewesen sowas geht gar nicht es ist ja nicht mal unser Fehler gewesen das die Frau keine 3 Sekunden zuhören kann sondern einfach das Fenster schließt und dann mich noch versuchen zu betrügen und dann 3 mal dahergedackelt zu kommen obwohl man davor fest der überzeugung war es würde ja ganz anders funktionieren….
