Feuer&Flamme — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Überlingen

The food was fine and we had a decent time. However, the Pizza Dinnele Tomate was good but quite small. Also, we ordered a flafel bowl salad, only to recieve a normal leaf salad (priced at €9). After we pointed this out, they brought out the falafel (which was nice). That meant that the leaf salad was now a falafel bowl and the price got raised to €14. Zu unserem Glück haben wir Feuer&Flamme entdeckt: es hat sich sowas von gelohnt: Das Ambiente, das leckere Essen, das wirklich nette Personal und das alles bei zivilen Preisen. Wir waren in einer Woche zweimal dort, es war jedesmal sehr lecker

die Falafel Bowl – ein wirklich großer, gemischter Salat mit Bio-Falafel aus regionaler Manufaktur & Holzofenbrot. Knackiger, frischer, abwechselungsreicher Salat mit einer feine Vinaigrette. Die Falafel waren so lecker. Und erst das Holzofenbrot, so muß Brot schmecken!

Das Saiblingsfilet klein, bedeutet eigentlich nur, es ist halt ein geräuchertes Saiblingsfilet mit Sahnemeerrettich & Holzofenbrot an einem knackigen frischen Salat. Perfekt geräuchert und das alles zu diesem Preis!

Als Nachtisch gab es Jays Spezial (steht nicht auf der Karte, einfach nachfragen, Gabriel weiß Bescheid) eine geschmackvolle Kugel Vanilleeis in einem hausgemachtem Brotteig aus Weizen, Roggen & Dinkelvollkorn mit Wasser, Hefe & Salz. Praktisch ein Eis Dinnele.

Auf dem Bild ist es schon etwas angeknabbert, ich konnte einfach nicht widerstehen :-)

Even though from the place you cannot see the lake, the atmosphere is super Especial. The lake is less than a 100 meters away. Service is relaxed and friendly. Food is uncomplicated yet nicely prepared and very tasty. Nice selection of drinks and beer. Fast service. Come by foot or bike, rather than driving. If you drive parking may be a bit hard to find, but the manager is willing to indicate where parking...
