An unexpectedly fantastic first visit! Reservations are highly recommended unless you’re okay with waiting, as this place is quite popular. Thankfully, my family and I were seated within minutes. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive—everyone made sure we had everything we needed.

Our order, which included several dishes, was served in under 15 minutes. The food was absolutely delicious—some of the best sushi I’ve had in the EU so far. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Be sure to try the crunchy sushi and their house-made beverages—both are outstanding!

The atmosphere is perfect for gatherings with friends or family. The location is also unbeatable—just a 1-minute walk from the train station from Switzerland, and there’s a large multi-story parking garage next door, connected to a nearby shopping mall. I was invited to supper with my German friend for a surprise birthday party. The menu is extensive with loads of dishes to choose from. The sushi menu has a wide choice of dishes as well as both noodle and rice dishes. I had the fried rice with chicken which was delicious.It is a generous portion of food. „Die Zubereitung guter Speisen braucht Liebe und Sorgfalt. Wir bitte Sie daher um etwas Geduld.“ So das Zitat aus der Speisekarte. Streiche „etwas“, setze „viel“.

Wir waren ca 18:20 Uhr um spontan abend zu essen. Wie haben uns jedoch vorher telefonisch erkundigt. Nach der Tischzuweisung ging es 20 Minuten bis wir die Speisekarte bekamen. Geteänkeaufnahme war zu dem Zeitpunkt noch nicht möglich. 10 Minuten später konnten wir dann die komplette Bestellung aufgeben. Nach 40 Minuten hatten wir die Getränke. Nach 45 die Vorspeise. Nach insgesamt ca 70 Minuten den Hauptgang.

Die angebotenen Tees waren sehr wässrig (Jasmin- und Ingwertee zumindest).

Gyoza war unsere Vorspeise. Nicht der Renner, aber ok. Hat mich geschmacklich etwas an Kartoffelpuffer erinnert ;-)

Jetzt zu unserem Sushi. Ich weiß nicht mehr alle Nummern, die wir bestellt haben, es waren aber mindestens 205, 208, 256. Wir haben unseren Lieblingssushi Laden bei uns vor der Haustüre, aber dieser hier übertrumpft tatsächlich von der Qualität. Wahnsinn was das ausmacht. Geschmacklich ein absoluter Knüller. Die Anrichte ein Kunstwerk. Wir können das Restaurant unter der Promisse, viel Zeit mitzubringen, auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
