Update on 15.3.2025: Today my son wanted to have some nuggets and we were nearby this restaurant. So we stopped and ordered some food. Meanwhile I used the washroom and came back to our table. And I waited another 10 minutes until I noticed that our food and the food of many other customers were on the counter waiting to be served to the tables. Of course the food was completely cold. I complained but the lady did not really care. She just replaced my fries even though I told her that everything was already cold. I do not think this was the staff's mistake, I recognise an ignorance by management. If the managers do not care for the restaurant's reputation why should the employees care? Honestly I won't bring my family to this place in future. Maybe this will not matter to this outlet but it will matter to my family by not paying money for cold burgers. Today I visited this outlet for the first time. Usually this chain gets good reviews from me as you cannot make much wrong. But this outlet was different to be honest. We wanted to have a quick breakfast in the outside area. As you can see from the picture it was not necessarily the way a guest would expect a restaurant. And this was just one of many tables. The worst thing is that this outlet is open 24/7 which means someone should be assigned to clean permanently. But even the shelves for the trays were full at 9h50am. Guys seriously it is not rocket science to keep your restaurant in order and tidy. Your cleanliness is your business card for the customers. I hope someone reads this feedback and takes action.

During busy times there is a long wait. Food is as always and as to be expected. Take service is good. This time we took home though... Another visit, a Friday evening at 8. Again the place is quite busy. Ordering from the machine, again no receipt is printed. I assume my order is the last one on list on screen. I ordered only 2 burgers to take away. After 15 minutes wait, there is no more order to process on screen, and there is noone at the cash register. After another few minutes I catch someone and get my burgers. I won't come here anymore during rush hour.

the worst service ever, full hall and only one case open, all staff walking as sleeping flys... update. come on, Saturday evening, a lot of ppl, and only one cash case open, and a girl on it every time asks some things of the manager... looks like she is the first time to see a cash machine... on my question why they don't open more cash casse, just ignored... i working at the kitchen, and if i did same, ill already will search another job... its not a fast food...

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – unhöfliches Personal und schlechter Service

Ich war gestern gegen 11:38 Uhr mit einer Freundin und unseren Kindern in diesem Lokal. Wir haben Tee, Kaffee und ein Kindermenü für meine Tochter bestellt. Unser Plan war, erst unsere Getränke zu genießen und danach Mittagessen zu bestellen. Während meine Tochter mit dem Tablet am Tisch spielte, begann sie zu essen. Etwa 10 Minuten später probierte sie die Pommes und sagte mir, dass sie nicht gut schmecken. Als ich nachschaute, merkte ich, dass sie nicht richtig durchgebraten, matschig und offensichtlich nicht frisch waren vermutlich Reste von früher am Tag. Da wir die ersten Gäste waren und das Lokal noch leer war, bin ich höflich zur Kasse gegangen, um nachzufragen. Die Mitarbeiterin sprach kein Englisch, also versuchte ich es auf Deutsch. Eine Frau – nicht deutsch, vermutlich osteuropäischer Herkunft sagte mir, dass die Pommes nicht mehr frisch seien, weil meine Tochter „spät gegessen“ habe. Diese Erklärung ist für mich unverständlich. Ich habe hier schon öfter bestellt, auch Take-away, und selbst nach 30 Minuten war das Essen noch in Ordnung. Anstatt professionell zu reagieren, sprach sie in ihrer Muttersprache mit einer jüngeren Frau, die im Kaffee- und Getränkebereich arbeitet, sowie mit einem Mann alle drei sprachen ganz offensichtlich über mich in einem sehr respektlosen Ton, direkt vor meinem Gesicht. Dieses Verhalten ist absolut unhöflich und inakzeptabel. Ich war so verärgert, dass ich die Pommes stehen ließ und kein Mittagessen mehr bestellte, obwohl wir das ursprünglich vorhatten. Diese Erfahrung war nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern auch respektlos. Menschen, die so mit Kunden umgehen, sollten nicht im Kundenservice arbeiten. Höflichkeit ist das Mindeste, was man erwarten kann. I visited this place yesterday around 11:38 am with a friend and our children. We ordered tea, coffee, and a kids’ menu for my daughter. The plan was to enjoy our drinks first and then order lunch afterward. While my daughter was playing with the tablet on the table, she started eating her food. About 10 minutes later, when she tried the French fries, she told me they didn’t taste good. I checked and saw they were undercooked, soggy, and clearly not freshly made most likely leftovers from earlier in the day. Since we were among the first customers and the place was still empty, I politely went to the cashier to ask about the fries. The staff didn’t speak English, so I tried in German. One of the women not German, possibly Eastern European responded that since my daughter ate “late,” the fries were no longer fresh. That explanation doesn’t make sense. I’ve ordered from here before, and even takeaway stays fine after 30 minutes. Instead of handling the issue politely, she began talking in her own language to another younger woman working in the coffee and hot drinks section, as well as to a man all clearly speaking about me and mocking me right in front of my face. This was extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. I was so upset I left the fries and didn’t stay for lunch, even though we had planned to eat after finishing our drinks. This experience was not only disappointing but also disrespectful. People who treat customers this way should not be working in customer service. Als ich diese McDonald's Filiale besuchte entschied ich mich dafür, zwei Big Macs zu bestellen. Leider war meine Erfahrung in dieser spezifischen Filiale äußerst enttäuschend und entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen. Nachdem ich meine Bestellung aufgegeben hatte, musste ich bedauerlicherweise über 20 Minuten auf meine Big Macs warten. Das allein wäre schon ärgerlich genug gewesen, aber was mich besonders frustrierte, war die Tatsache, dass Kunden, die nach mir bestellt hatten, ihre Produkte vor mir erhielten.

Es war offensichtlich, da das Display deutlich sichtbar die Bestellnummern anzeigte. Dies ließ mich vermuten, dass es möglicherweise ein Problem mit der Bearbeitung meiner Bestellung in dieser Filiale gab. Es war frustrierend zu sehen, wie andere Kunden, die später bestellt hatten, ihre Bestellungen vor mir erhielten, auch wenn es sich um Big Macs handelte.

Nach etwa 15 Minuten des Wartens entschied ich mich, den Filialleiter um Unterstützung zu bitten. Ich suchte nach ihm und konnte ihn schließlich ausfindig machen. Als ich ihm mein Anliegen mitteilte, war seine Reaktion äußerst enttäuschend. Er gab zu, dass es zu Verzögerungen gekommen war, konnte mir jedoch nichts Konkretes dazu sagen. Seine einzige Antwort war, dass ich einfach warten müsse und meine Bestellung bald fertig sein würde. Diese Art von Antwort ließ mich weiter an der Effizienz und dem Kundenservice in dieser Filiale zweifeln.

Ein weiterer Punkt, der mich sehr störte, war das Auftreten einiger Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke. Statt der üblichen McDonald's-Uniform trugen sie zivile Straßenkleidung. Diese Abweichung von der Standardkleidung des Personals vermittelte den Eindruck von Unprofessionalität und ließ mich persönlich an der Hygiene des Personals zweifeln. Es ist allgemein bekannt, dass das Tragen von spezieller Arbeitskleidung und Schutzausrüstung in der Gastronomie von großer Bedeutung ist, um die Sauberkeit und Hygiene zu gewährleisten. Das Fehlen dieser Maßnahmen ließ mich besorgt über die Einhaltung angemessener hygienischer Standards in dieser spezifischen Filiale.

Basierend auf meiner persönlichen Erfahrung bin ich absolut unzufrieden mit dieser McDonald's Filiale und habe beschlossen, sie in Zukunft nicht mehr zu besuchen. Es ist bedauerlich, dass meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt wurden und ich mit einem unbefriedigenden Kundenerlebnis zurückgelassen wurde. Als Kunde erwarte ich, dass meine Bestellung angemessen und zeitnah bearbeitet wird, und dies war in dieser Filiale nicht der Fall.

Es ist wichtig anzumerken, dass dies eine subjektive Bewertung ist, die auf meiner persönlichen Erfahrung in dieser McDonald's Filiale basiert. Andere Kunden können möglicherweise unterschiedliche Erfahrungen gemacht haben.
