You have to wait extremely long for your food! When asked they don’t even care to apologize but said 10 more mins. We had to wait more than 1 hour for our main dish! Very disappointing! I was not even hungry anymore when the food came out. No matter how good your food is ( to be honest the food was average the portion is good though) the wait is unacceptable! Also to have the waitress to come out and argue with the customer is unheard of. When the customer already not saying anything anymore but the lady still kept talking till we have to say thats enough but apparently it was not enough for her because she still kept arguing. Then later we got the owner came out with a check when we didn’t even get our dessert as part of our 3 course meals. When we asked where is our dessert, again no apology but said “my waitress told me you want to pay”, when my husband said, “no we didnt say that” and still no apologies but he went on and said how good ratings he has on google review, that how the kitchen works when it comes to cooking to the customers,etc. he got the energy to say all that but still a zero apology. And even if my husband did ask for the check, as part of their service, they should know that there is the dessert they need to bring out before or at the same time with the check! Just so rude and money hunger!

We ended up asking them to pack our dessert so we can get out as soon as possible but guess what? That waitress came out again to continue to argue with us with a very angry and aggressive face and kept arguing non stop even when the owner even told her to stop 😂

Definitely not expect to pay money and get this kind of experience. And It was the first for me. I don’t post reviews usually but it was just unacceptable how we were treated. It’s not the first time their terrible service being called out, if you scroll through you will see other reviews about...

Interesting Décor with massive amount of Chinese elements. I have never seen so many carved words and painted glass pieces until now. I felt Chinese for sure. The food is very well adjusted to European taste buds yet hasn’t lost Chinese characteristics. Well done!

The price is higher than most Chinese restaurants in Düsseldorf, which is understandable for a restaurant directly on the border to Switzerland.

The down side: the service was terribly slow although the restaurant was only half full. We have waited longer than usual for every dish we’ve ordered except the drinks. On top of that, we’ve asked to pay twice and didn’t get a bill until at least half an hour of waiting. I have eaten a lot of Chinese over the years of my life. Mostly it has had too much sweetness or colour. However the meal we had here was top drawer! I feel it might be the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. We had a set dinner because there was no English translation on the menu and I knew we would be ok with what Google translated.
