I was there to have a cappuccino, and even it was open only for the guest of Guest House at that time in the morning, the owner was very kind and served us, even with a tart with cherries, very good in the region, where there are very tasty wild cherries.

The coffee was as in Italy, strong and tasty. I recommend also to book a room there. Here information is word of mouth and through previous experiences or personal recommendations. they are always completely busy and do not cope with requests even without advertising.

For me the taste and cleanliness were like at grandma's house, the pleasant and quiet atmosphere on the sound background of a mountain river, even if it seems old-fashioned.

Amazing place to stay. We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our motorcycle holiday and it was the highlight of the holiday. The owner kindly let my motorcycle park in the driveaway and check in was really easy and straightforward. We were shown all the rooms and facilities which turned out to be really clean and in good condition. The view from the balcony was amazing, we spent most of the evenings sitting outside admiring the view. On the first day we had a drink and some cake at the cafe which was excellent. My only regret is that I did not stay here longer, but it's definitely somewhere I'll be going...

Im September haben wir bei Herrn Maier eine wunderschöne erholsame Urlaubswoche verbracht! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Wald und ist Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen in der Natur. Wir bekamen von Herrn Maier klasse Tipps für Wanderrouten, die wir so gar nicht gefunden hätten. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier noch. Unsere Ferienwohnung war hell und groß mit einer Riesenterrasse. Auch meine Schwägerin hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt (Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer). Zusätzlich hatten wir Frühstück gebucht (alles prima, lecker, frische Bäckerbrötchen, guter heißer Kaffee, Orangensaft, Marmelade, Wurst, Käse, Obst, Naturjoghurt) Herr Maier kocht selbst und es hat besser geschmeckt als in manchem Restaurant (riesige Portionen!) Drei Mal haben wir deshalb bei Herrn Maier zu Abend gegessen. Auch der selbst gebackene Kuchen war wirklich richtig lecker! Draußen gibt es eine schöne Terasse am Cafe zum Sitzen und auch drinnen sitzt man sehr gemütlich. Es war alles perfekt, um sich ganz wunderbar zu erholen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
