McDonald's — Restaurant in Weiterstadt

We ordered a milkshake and it came without the straw. When we asked for the straw, the senior man attending was absolutely rude and rejected saying that there was no straw and that’s the rule of McDonalds. Just a minute later, another person asked for the same milkshake and got a straw with no problem. Again, I’ve been there and asked one more time for the straw and he said again that there was no straw for me. I’m absolutely terrified with such a bad service and impolite behaviour of the staff. In other countries, it would potentially be understood by the court as discrimination… but here he law seems not to work.

I hope the manager takes action against their employees and avoid serious consequences in a future when it happens with people with more powers.

The rude senior man...

A small McDonald's on the highway but have all items like regular big McDonald's outlet. Seating capacity is also ok. No seperate toilet is there do you need to use serway toilet which are paid. McDonald's staff was helpful and polite and service was quick....

Erster Eindruck: Unübersichtlich. Man muss erstmal schauen wo denn hier überhaupt der Tresen ist, die Tablettwagen waren überfüllt, auf den Tischen standen mindestens 10 nicht abgeräumte Tabletts rum.

Nach der Bestellung am Terminal reihten wir uns ein in die Schlange der Wartenden. Eine geführte Ewigkeit später bekam ich mein Tablett lieblos hingeschoben und suchte mir einen Sitzplatz.

Die Pommes waren völlig gewürzlos und nicht ganz durch, der Burger okay. Als ich schließlich mit Essen fertig war, kam meine Kollegin - die zeitgleich mit mir bestellt hatte - gerade erst mit ihrem Essen dazu.

Der Kaffee schmeckt scheußlich nach altem Kaffeesatz.
