I had a baguette with ham, cheese and ruccola, and payed 10,50€. The baguette had less than 100 gram Parma Ham, i don't know where the guy came up with the price, the sandwich was better than in a bakery but it was not worth 6€ more, than the (already) expensive regular price.
I only payed for the sandwich because i was in a hurry, and didn't had time to look for another place.
I've eaten better sandwiches for half the price at other speciality italian places, for example at Mare Atlantico in Cologne.
I'm italian, have eaten sandwiches in Milan, New York, Buenos Aires, Dubai or Seoul, where i payed half the price for far better sandwiches. I'm well aware of the value of the products. Not even in Piazza San Marco you would pay 10,50€...

I reviewed it wrongly with my other account and the owner answered that i don't have any idea of the value of the dishes, he did not only insulted me by charging an excesive price, but also assume that i do not have taste enough to valuate his poorly presented parma ham, parmeggiano and ruccola sandwich.
Not to forget when he poured the balsamico vinegar, holding the liquid with his bare hand on the top of the bottle, that same hand he uses to cash the money, without using a globe or something 🥴
