A slice of Italy with mid-range prices for top notch food! This little gem is located in Bierstat within walking distance of Crestview housing area. There is also street parking for free (2hr max) around the corner. The atmosphere inside is beautiful and reminds me of Italy. Very clean with a fresh Tuscan & Italian Family style design. There is a cute patio garden area that is available for seating in the warmer months. The staff is friendly and are multilingual (German, Italian, and some English). Additionally, this place is family friendly. The food is excellent! We had the Capris Salad with Buffalo Mozzarella cheese, Salmon Fettuccini with a cream sauce and the Lasagna with a rosè sauce. The pastas were homemade and cooked to perfection! The menus are in German, but with Google Translate are easy enough to decipher. This restaurant is very nice; each dish I've tried so far has been great. The pizza was surprisingly the best I've had in Wiesbaden so far, and the fettuccine pasta was great. The cappuccinos were amazing as well.
The waiters really make you feel at home and like family in a great atmosphere. The waiters gave my young children nice toys to play with or talked to them and tried to keep them entertained as well so everyone could have a nice dinner.
The first time I went, I didn't realize I needed a reservation, but they let us come in anyway and have dinner.

Waren mit einem Schlemmerblock dort und hätten das Lokal ohne (den Block als Anlass) wohl nicht betreten. Waren überrascht wie voll es dort war (war wohl viel Stammkundschaft); es ist besser zu reservieren. Das essen war gut (hatten Kalbsleber und Spaghetti con Sepia) und die Bedienung freundlich. Kein Schicki-Micki Hei-Tatei-Italiener. Preisniveau war völlig angemessen und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
Nachtrag: waren nun noch einmal dort und diesmal restlos begeistert. Es war wieder recht gut besucht, das Essen (fast erwartungsgemäß) ausgesucht lecker, der Service nett und zuvorkommend. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch, wie der Service auf eine falsch aufgenommene Bestellung reagiert hat. Bestellt wurde erneut Leber und Saltimbocca vom Seeteufel. Aufgenommen und serviert wurde Leber und Saltimbocca Milanese. Kurze Irritation und Klärung der Situation. War natürlich nicht toll und auch für die Küche misslich. Dennoch: nach einem vielleicht nur angedeuteten Hauch von Verstimmung gingen beide Gerichte zurück und wurden neu serviert. Nach 10 bis 15 Minuten kamen die Gerichte erneut. Eine einwandfreie (und mit Sicherheit frisch zubereitete) Leber und - wie bestellt - ein Saltimbocca vom Seeteufel! Alles bestens, lecker, toll.
