McDonald's Restaurant — Restaurant in Wustermark

I always go to this restaurant and every time food and service are great. However would like to share particularly my last experience.

Few weeks ago I picked up a menu in drive in cabin but also stopped and went into the restaurant to take additional menu. For that menu I paid twice once via App and once via the terminal inside. I realized that, an additional menu I was charged with via App , when I got home and did not have a clue how that happened because at a moment of order the item was shown as not available so I left the App and switced to the terminal where everything went fine. It could be even somehow my mistake because I switched hastily from the App to the terminal and maybe the App needed additional time to process or update items availabilty.

Anyhow the point is that I described what happened via App suite, I got immediate response from the restaurant manager. I explained what I thaught that happened, provided all receipts and we sorted everything out with an offer for a free menu on my next visit.

Meanwhile, 2 days ago that indeed happened. I got a free menu as agreed. The restaurant stuff were very kind and quickly fullfilled my wish without asking any question or concerns. I was even given with an extra stuff and that was also very cute. Thank...

This place is a joke. The service is absolutely disgusting. We asked a staff member to clean the filthy table — instead of doing his job, he threw some dry napkins at us and said, “Clean it yourself.” I went to the counter and asked for wet wipes — they told me someone would come clean it. Guess what? The same guy came back, handed me a disgusting, smelly rag and said, “Here, clean it.” Seriously?

This is McDonald’s, not some run-down gas station. Zero hygiene, zero professionalism, zero respect for customers. If this is how you treat people, you shouldn’t be in business. Absolute disgrace. Never coming back, and I’ll make sure others know what to expect...

Zur Abendzeit,wochentags -als ringsum die Geschäfte schlossen und ansich nicht mehr soo viel Trubel war, entschieden wir uns noch schnell..wohl bemerkt noch schnell! Eine kleine Bestellung aufzugeben.

Der eh schon sehr beengte Parkplatz deutete schon an, dass es vermutlich doch etwas voller sein könnte. Und auch innen: laut, voll und von der Atmosphäre sehr unangenehm. Der erste Bestellterminal ausser Betrieb! So hiess es warten.

Wir beobachten das wilde Geschehen im Lokal. Mitarbeiter bedienten lautstark augenscheinlich andere Mitarbeiter🤔 die Tablets mit Apfeltaschen,Milchshakes wanderten über die Tresen.

Tische waren eigentlich alle besetzt und wirkten auch wirklich mehr wie schmuddelig.

Wir stellten uns nun an die Bestellkasse an, da die übrig gebliebenen Terminals dauerbelegt waren.

Ein derart desinteressierter und absolut unmöglicher Mitarbeiter nahm unsere Bestellung auf. Er war wirklich während der Bestellung äußerst unhöflich und in seiner Stimmlage schon recht aggressiv. Da wir zeitgleich im Handy nach passenden Coupons schauten,dauerte es dem Mitarbeiter anscheinend zu lange und drehte sich weg um mit seinen Kollegen zu witzeln. In der Hektik hielten wir zuerst unbemerkt den falschen Coupon hin. Als es uns auffiel und wir mitteilten,dass es scheinbar der falsche war, brüllte man ..was wir denn jetzt nun bestellen wollen. Wir antworteten.. beruhigen Sie sich mal,sie brauchen jetzt nicht laut werden, daraufhin wurde sich weggedreht und unsere Bestellungen nicht mehr angenommen. Ok?!

Irgendwie war es uns nun auch recht! Man weiss nicht, was im Nachhinein vielleicht auf dem Burger gelandet wäre ?!

Als ich die vorherigen Bewertungen las, war ich fast schon erleichtert.,dass dies dort wohl der normale Alltag ist. Unfreundlich, unsauber... Keine gute Kombi um diesen Ort freiwillig nochmal zu besuchen.
