This has been a place I liked to buy from until I went to buy banku and tilapia. I bought extra goat meat and indicated I wanted boneless. 6 pieces of goat meat cost GH150. When the meat came 3 of them had bones. I told the server and she went back to tell the food preparer. The food preparer said she didn’t give me bones. So I’m biting into bones and they are denying they gave me bones. I asked for the bone meats to be replaced so the server informed the manager. He sat where he was and just said sorry to me. I was wondering what the sorry was for. I’ve paid GH150 meat, give me mea not bones. His apology seemed backhanded like I was doing too much. I like the place but I’m not going there again. My husband and I ordered two of your signature dishes. And because we had a long day ahead he ate his portion on our way to a client's place. See me do two knows, I wanted to get home and enjoy myself comfortably. Oh, how I regret that decision, can you imagine a cat at my client's place ate my portion I mistakenly placed on the dining table?!😂😂😂 Fortunately I ate some of my husband's portion and I can comfortably say you put your heart in all the meals. I ordered jollof rice to be delivered to me after a hard day's work. I called after an hour to ask why it still hadn't been delivered and customer service (a male) lied that it had been given to a rider After waiting for several minutes, customer service(this time a female) called close to the closing time to tell me my takeout was ready when I had ordered for delivery.
