The Piano Bar and MAASAI Bar — Restaurant in Accra

There was no avaiable cocktails as advertised on website The Piano Bar. The polite waiter advised no cocktails are served,. This was the beginning of a "down hill" start to the evening. My family and friends specifically visited The Piano bar to have cocktails drinks.

We ordered food ( simple chicken strips and fries ). The food took so long to be served.

The sitting areas is so dark inside you cannot see what you are eating on the table. I asked for table candles that gave a glow at least I was saw the food on the plate.

The music played was relaxing and not loud to drown people's conversation

Our waiter was professional and polite.

All in all, my suggestion is to improve the lightening inside the sitting areas. Otherwise, you dont know who is sitting next to you. Otherwise , The Piano Bar may become a potential place for secert...

I used to love the Piano bar and I hadn't been in a while. So I decided to go with a few friends during the Christmas holidays to see if they still had those delicious cocktails that they used to have. I was disappointed. Unfortunately, the person who makes the cocktails didn't turn up that day. The service was slow although the staff were friendly and helpful. And the usually vibrant menu they used to have wasn't available. Most of the things we wanted to also order off the menu wasn't available. It was disappointing for me. I have visited The Piano Bar twice and it was a fun experience. From the outside you will not see much, but once you walk in you would wonder if there could be such a peaceful atmosphere and state-of-the-art facility could be located in an environment like that.

If you need to clear your head, listen to Jazz music under a beautiful dim light with an array of both exotic and local drinks, cocktails and good food I would gladly point you to The Piano Bar. I am generally fascinated by quality and The Piano Bar is one cool place that drew my attention at a dynamic and seemingly crowded environment...
