Fabulous local dishes concept ruined by TERRIBLE customer service. One of the worst. Ordering 45 mins in advance via phone to avoid delays upon your arrival isn't necessary. They don't communicate between the waiters and the ordering room so you'll still have to wait 20 mins to be served. Then they bring you a dirty spoon. Asking for it to be changed takes another 5-10 minutes. You can order room temperature malt and they'll bring you chilled sprite instead. The waiters basically come across quite entitled and I would suggest that their supervisor educates them about adopting the right attitude in the hospitality sector. I've never written such a negative review on Google and I'm generally very flexible as a foodie who loves eating out; flexible to the point that I sometimes settle to pay & eat wrong orders at restaurants. But Dimaensa need a earful because carelessness should not ruin our local food experience for others. I went twice: first time, gave the benefit of the doubt. Second time, I concluded that such service doesn't deserve to ruin my meetups and...

Dimaensa offers an exceptional dining experience that celebrates the rich flavors of Ghanaian cuisine. The standout dish is undoubtedly their banku and okro. Perfectly fermented and soft banku paired with richly seasoned, silky okro stew makes for a truly satisfying and authentic meal. The flavors are well-balanced, with just the right amount of spice, and the seafood in the okro is always fresh and generously portioned.

While the food is top-tier, there is room for improvement in service. During busy hours, the wait time for assistance can be noticeably long, particularly in certain sections of the dining area. It would enhance the overall experience if waiters and waitresses were more consistently available and attentive across all sections of the restaurant.

Overall, Dimaensa delivers on taste and authenticity. With a bit more attention to service consistency, it could easily become the go-to spot for lovers of...
