Kata Lounge — Restaurant in Accra

This would be my fourth time coming to this location the servers aren’t attentive you have to ask for a menu or they will just stare at you like they don’t understand why you are there. To make matters worse they advertise items and never have them available. Today I came for breakfast because I saw they had a good special going on when I got there the server told me it was no longer happening and I pulled it up on their instagram page so she claimed she went to speak to her “manager” she came back and asked me what I wanted I told her after about 45 minutes she comes back and says the cook says he won’t do it . This is not the first time this has been a recurring thing with them but what baffled me is the fact she could tell me he or she won’t do it I’m 6 months pregnant I came expecting to be served good food but because you don’t want to do your job I can’t get what I came here for. And there is never a manger around to talk to it’s an embarrassment of an establishment and I would never recommend it to others I’ve shared this place on my instagram before thinking they had potential they do not and it’s horrible to even call...

Kata lounge extremely rude customer service. I got a bad experience to day. Rude Pick and overall Rude customer service who hanged up on me simply asking location and delivery charge to east legon. I complained on their Instagram page the response I got was "HONESTLY MADAM YOU COULDA DM, " and then right after that they BLOCKED me. I even gave them a constructive criticism by telling them honestly I don't need an apology but all I advice is periodically the manager should call their own establishment to monitor their customer service how their staff pick up and speak to customers . Now that the response after my complain was met with another rude response bof a BLOCK, They have spoiled their matter cos I'll make sure I post on every social media platform my experience and tell everyone I know . I was there just last Saturday, 10th Sept 2022. Although they have a beautiful space, nice decorations the management of the place is really bad. Upon arrival it took a while before we were attended to by a waitress. We ordered for Colada and it took over 40 minutes before we were served. Alongside. We ordered for Assorted Jollof rice and Assorted meat Shawarma. The meat in the jollof could be counted, just about 6 small cubes of meat and a small slice of sausage, For the shawarma, it was terrible, it tasted like bread with coleslaw with tiny meats in it. In fact let me just end it here. But please if you are in for pictures then you are good to go, but if you are looking for fun in terms of good music, finger licking food and great customer service then please do your self a favor.
