Today the 4th September 2020 at approximately 1:30pm GMT, I called in, in an attempt to place an order for pickup. Call went through the first time, there was no answer. Called a second time and it was busied. Then I called a third time, call was answered by a male... he said “hello” and just stayed on the line. I greeted and asked that I was speaking to Ultimate bar and restaurant. He answered yes.

Then I asked what rice meals were available. He rudely answers; “a lot”. Then I requested to know what rice dishes were available so I could choose from choose from as I do not know the menu. I call to order food online every-time and I’m always given a different number to call; which I find very stressful, hence, suggested to the person to update their google business page with that number in a very calm tone only for me to be disrespected. Entrepreneurs must understand that a customer may forget what you said but they will never forget how you made them feel.
