vida e caffè - Junction Mall — Restaurant in Accra

I always come to Vidae Junction mall, at least once a week. The place is tiny but clean and staff always smiling. The issue is that their service is inconsistent and every now and then there is shortage in their materials, the problem I encounter several times when i ask for oat either no oat and if there is oat no bananas, or no raisons. And the display window is not clean and cakes look old and dry, sandwiches not appealing. It wasn't like this, I don't know what happened to them lately. The warmest of all the Vida e caffe locations I've been to in Accra (and trust me, I've been to all. lol). The Spanish welcome the staff give and "Ciao" they send you off with creates an instant feeling of belonging. I visit the place for most of my "out-of-the-office" meetings and it served me very well. The coffee is with standard and the sandwiches and wraps are just amazing. Outdoor sitting also helped a lot when the weather felt too cold...

The beef panini sandwich was great, however the order and pick up experience was terrible. It shouldn't take 30 mins to make quick easy sandwich. Aside from the long waiting time, you have to figure out when your food items are completed. They do not call an order number or your name. Please change your ordering experience and utilize the other window...
