Our family was very excited to eat at Heritage due to a recommendation from the tour guide at the castle.

I wish we would have reconsidered because our experience was awful.

Half the menu was not available for you, our waitress didn’t write anything down while taking our orders and clearly should have and we had to keep checking on our food ourselves up at the kitchen.

After waiting 1 hour 45 minutes for the food (having to walk up to the kitchen countless times to ask what was taking so long) we finally received some of the food (but not all because several things were forgotten) but the pizza was not what was expected and we sent it back.

We ended up giving up on the missing items that we never got that we not only asked our waitress but two others as well and somehow no on could get it right.

Since we decided to just leave without the other items we went up to just pay so we could go. The manager ends up coming up saying that we still have to pay for the pizza.

At this point. The pizza is irrelevant. After waiting two hours for food they are lucky we were willing and happy to pay for anything at all. They refused acknowledge the wait and terrible service but kept talking about the pizza and not understanding why we didn’t want the pizza. Service was terrible. There was a girl sleeping at the bar and we have a photo that will be attached.

We will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.
