Basilissa - West Hills Mall — Restaurant in Greater Accra Region

OMG! This is the best pizza I’ve ever had 😍. I kept ordering pizza from other vendors and my friend was always insisting I try basilissa pizza. The locations were not favorable to be so I always opted for those closer to me. Wow, I don’t regret driving in through the traffic on the spintex road to pick up. It is really worth the hype by my friend. The toppings are really filled to taste good. I had the basilissa special which comes in all the flavors (you get slices of all the flavors in your box). My personal favorite is the seafood slice😋, I could taste the chunks of octopus in it 😍. If you are someone who likes your pizza cheesy, you would have to add extra cheese. The extra large size came with 4 bottles of coke( I don’t know if other sizes get the same). The attendants who attended to me both on phone and when I got there very polite (Isaac and Francis). When I arrived, they were packing up for me and I told them to hold on and assist me to take some photos which they gladly did (without knowing the purpose for the photos). My only issue is, I was forced to eat more slices because I wanted a taste of each flavor 😩😩😩, it would be nice to have all the toppings spread on all the pizza so we can eat less slices. The caramel ice cream, mango sorbet and frozen yogurt are all horrible. Practically tasteless. These were the only three flavours available. Definitely not worth 110cedis for 4 scoops. I'm also pretty sure it's NOT gelato (very specific ratios of fat to sugar and a different process from sorbet/ice cream). This is some version of bad frozen dairy (hopefully) product. I wish there was a negative star to give to Basilissa. Terrible customer service coupled with rude servers . For the food, the least said ,the better ; partially boiled rice, frozen pepper sauce , and meatless chicken portions (supposed to be a half hot and sweet spiced chicken) and oh that orangy supposed cocktail juice ,very annoying I so regret going there and won't ever...
