Papa's Pizza North Legon — Restaurant in Greater Accra Region

On Monday 11 April, we stopped at the Papa’s Pizza/Munchys in North Legon to buy takeaway food for dinner, after shopping. We intended to get a pepperoni pizza and sandwiches. We were told there was no pepperoni at all, so we ordered a different pizza, and a chicken shawarma sandwich with fries. The pizza was horrible; the meat was tough and full of big pieces of gristle. I ate 2 pieces and couldn’t eat any more. The chicken shawarma was delicious, perfectly seasoned, tender and a large portion. The fries were very good. Today, 14 April, we decided to try again. No pizza this time, but I was hungry for a burger. I love bacon on mine, so I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger with fries. HUGE MISTAKE! This was the worst burger I have EVER eaten...and I’ve eaten a lot of burgers. There was quite a bit of bacon topping each burger, but it was absolutely inedible—tough, chewy and grey in color. One strip of onion and two very small pieces of tomato. The beef was very strange—not tender at all and seasoned too hot for my taste. The only good part of the sandwich was the cheese and the bun. I have ordered pizza many times from Papa’s and have, for the most part, been pleased with it. I have never written a good, or bad, review of it. I will continue to order the chicken shawarma, since I liked it very much. Hopefully, the next time they will have pepperoni back in stock. Burgers? ...

I wish I could give zero stars to this branch. On more than one occasion I have placed an order and received either no feedback regarding the status of my order from the rider as promised or just had my order completely ignored. I placed an order and told them I would pick it up. I got to the branch five minutes after the time I was given as to when it’d be ready and was handed a receipt. I waited for almost ten minutes and left. After 30 minutes I was called by someone who claimed my order was ready and had noticed I was no longer seated. I told them I’d left and they couldn’t even try to come up with a reasonable way for me to get what I’d ordered. The second time I made the mistake of ordering from them again, they did not get back to me (through the rider as promised) after 3 and a half hours. I had to call the contact center to lodge a complaint. The branch reached out to me over 30 minutes after the call to the contact center to ask if I still wanted it. The customer service at this branch is just ridiculous. I really won’t recommend this particular...

I recently ordered a pizza and I have to say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I opened the box, the enticing aroma of warm cheese and freshly baked crust filled the air. The presentation was impeccable, with a generous amount of toppings evenly spread across the golden crust.

With the first bite, I could instantly tell that this pizza was made with love and attention to detail. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside. Each bite was a burst of flavors, from the tangy tomato sauce to the rich, gooey cheese that melted in my mouth.
