Rolling Pin Bakery - Spintex — Restaurant in Greater Accra Region

Bad pastries. They sent me something that was supposed to be chocolate chip cookies, in actuality it was scones. Old, expired scones - nothing like the shape, texture or consistency of cookies. Tough, dry, hard, old. The pictures of their cookies on the Glovo app are fake, those pictures are real cookies - not what you will receive. And they were also charging 16ghc as full price for a normal ordinary small Ghana meat pie. There was nothing luxurious or chunky about the meat inside. The kind of pie other vendors sell for just 5ghc. In fact there is a bakery in ACP Kwabenya who do better quality freshly baked pies for just 5ghc. This rolling pin experience was disastrous....

The worst place to be. They advertise coffee and cakes and you come there and they dont know how to make coffee. Imagine? I took uber to come there for coffee and cake and the girl at the counter don’t know how to us the machine. Simple Illy machine!!!I don’t know if their boss doesn’t understand the value of the service or where did it go wrong... apparently they dont know this term at all.

Very very disappointed. And who will refund me my ride? Nobody. I left...

Unfortunately this is my second visit and for 50ghc for 2 donuts and butter bread I was disappointed as the bread had sugar in it and we found lumps of uncooked dough inside the bread. The donuts are still good but I expected same quality bread as the wheat bread. Awaiting improvements from my neighbours at the Pin. Thanks
