Starbites West Legon — Restaurant in Greater Accra Region

I had a lot of issues with starbites westland , first issue was having there own supervisor being rude to me , secondly i ordered one time from bolt food and i gave specific instructions that i want my food with no spices cause i have allergies and got them with spices . They apologizsed and i said its fine . I purposely called the call center the next time to assure i don’t receive the wrong order . The lady i spoke with assured to me that i will not get the wrong order but surprise surprise i get the wrong order. When i call to tell them the issue the call center tells me we will let the manager call you . No one called . This is the last time i will order from this place . My most recent visit to Starbites was a pretty good experience. I did not eat but my friend seemed to enjoy her chicken wings with yam chips. There were a few cases of "we don't have that" with some menu items so don't get too excited about your choice. Atmosphere is great, football was on. Parking is available, for maybe about 10 cars. There's an eat-in option or takeaway(i think delivery too). For some reason the bill was processed downstairs though the seating is upstairs so don't wait till the last minute to pay. I have been buying stir fried potatoes and panfried fish at westlegon starbite. The first time the food was really nice but subsequently the food is so horrible to say the least. The fish was so salty and burnt at one side and the other side uncooked. The potatoes were too salty I had to throw the meal away. I hope management will investigate this because it is not good for the image of starbites. Secondly the tellers always don't have change when you buy stuff.
