As arguably one of the oldest Bars in Tamale, everybody in town knows this place. The food is quite good, although the portions are a bit small. The service is bad, the waiters are annoyed if you try to order, are very slow and unmotivated and some of them charge you more than the actual price is, always ask another waiter for the price if you don't...

Giddipass is always a solid choice when I'm in Tamale. They have both western and local food, indoor or patio, and a western-style bathroom.

The food is always good. It's made from scratch, so it's not always the fastest - but if you've been in Ghana long enough to get up to Tamale you already know this.
