KCS Downtown — Restaurant in Volta Region

It has a serene environment with warm and welcoming waiters and waitresses. It's location at Civic center makes its accessible to everyone, be it foreigners or locals. It has a wheelchair accessible entrance which makes it stand out among the rest. They serve both local and intercontinental dishes which stands out as well. However their delivery services are not quite on point. And in one experience, the delivery guy was asking for money from me which I have already paid for. Another problem too with them I want to mention even though they might have find a way to deal with is the way they make you wait on them for your food. It's boring sometimes because at the end of waiting which last on a good day between fifteen to twenty minutes makes you loose appetite for the food. Over pricey food and lazy carefree staff. They don't care about their customers. I went there on the 31st of December, 2018 with my brother in law to have a drink a possibly order food in addition and we totally ignored the entire time we were seated outside in front of the door. We called and asked for a Menu and it took 2 hostesses to just bring us a Menu because apparently, the first hostess some how forgot.... Leaving us feeling very stupid just sitting there. The guy at the counter tried overcharging me- saying it was 70cedis for a family size Chicken heater pizza and fried yam with egg. It was supposed to be 59cedis. I told him to check again and he said 63 cedis. After I told him it’s not right he finally said 59cedis. When I asked for a receipt, he threw it at me. Is it because I’m not Ghanaian?
