We were very happy to dine at Arhontissa a few days ago. The host was very welcoming and the atmosphere really homey and cozy. Επισκεφθήκαμε το συγκεκριμένο ταβερνάκι στις 15 Αυγούστου 2024, λόγω έλλειψης διαθεσιμότητας στο γειτονικό μαγαζί "Μπουμπού". Αν και οι προσδοκίες μας ήταν αρχικά ουδέτερες, η εμπειρία που ακολούθησε ήταν απογοητευτική.

Service (Κάτω του Μετρίου):

Το service ήταν αργό και αποδιοργανωμένο. Τα ποτά μας άργησαν να έρθουν 20 λεπτά, και ακόμα και τότε ήρθαν χωρίς ποτήρια, τα οποία έφτασαν μετά από άλλα 10 λεπτά, μαζί με το ψωμί και μια κανάτα νερό. Ο χρόνος αναμονής για τη σαλάτα μας ήταν περίπου 1 ώρα, και δυστυχώς, η ποιότητά της ήταν μέτρια. Όταν ρωτήσαμε τον σερβιτόρο για τα κυρίως πιάτα μας, τα οποία άργησαν επίσης πολύ να έρθουν, διαπιστώσαμε ότι η συνολική ποιότητα των φαγητών ήταν πολύ χαμηλή. Οι πατάτες ήταν αμαγείρευτες, σαν να τις έκοψαν και μας τις έφεραν χωρίς να τις τηγανίσουν σωστά.

Ατμόσφαιρα και Συμπεριφορά Προσωπικού: Παρά το γεγονός ότι υπήρχαν μόνο 8 παρέες στο μαγαζί, το service ήταν αργό και το προσωπικό φαινόταν αποδιοργανωμένο. Οι σερβιτόροι αντί να προσπαθήσουν να βελτιώσουν την κατάσταση, κάθονταν και γελούσαν μεταξύ τους, αγνοώντας τα προβλήματα που αντιμετώπιζαν οι πελάτες.

Συμπέρασμα: Η εμπειρία μας στο ταβερνάκι αυτό ήταν κάτω του μετρίου. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν αργή, η ποιότητα των φαγητών χαμηλή και η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού αδιάφορη.
