We had reserved a table for 3 people, however the staff couldn't find it because of miscommunication between the morning and the evening shift. Anyway, they gave us a table at the left side of the restaurant but there was no heat there and we were freezing. We asked politely if they could do something for that and we have been told that they will take care of it. This never happened, so we asked them if they could take us to the other side of the restaurant which was heated and they did so. The dinner was tasty but there was a huge delay between the starters and the main dish. Our reservation was for 21.30 and we left the restaurant at 12.00 when he had barely finished the main dish. I've been visiting this restaurant since the early nineties. Very frequently in the past, but haven't visited for years up until Christmas 2017. I was very happy to see that the food quality has remained top, with well cooked and tasty food. The quantity of the served portions is quite large, and the prices were at a very reasonable level. The service was slow (weekday, few tables with people). It would get a better review is they'd followed the law restricting smoking closed areas. I much prefer to have a tasty traditional Czech meal with great beer without having to smell the smoke. Maybe I'll visit again in the outdoors area...
