O KAVOS — Restaurant in Chios Municipality

This is the second time we visit Kavos, a family run place, since the first evening we spent here we enjoyed both the dinner (seafood cooked with a home-made manner) and the relaxed atmosphere, next to the peaceful port of Limnia. So we came back a second time to taste the delicious octopus with fava and fried red mullet. Again delicious, served with local white wine.

We ate here nearly every day during our visit to Chios. Everything we tried on the menu was quite good and the seafood was exceptional. Everyone at the restaurant was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. While there are vegetarian options on the menu, the head chef is really outstanding and made additional accommodations for the vegetarian in our group as well.
