I want to give you some feedback on your response to my review, hoping it will help you improve your service:

Bread: Even when the bakery's closed on Sundays, it'd be better not to serve stale bread. Maybe you could bake some pita instead.

Meat: We believe that the meat was fresh. However we ordered kontosouvli. The meat you served felt like chewing on a shoe sole – super dry and tough. We expected it to be juicier, like slow-cooked meat should be. It was pretty disappointing.

Frites: The fries were undercooked. A little more time in the fryer would do them good.

Olives: The olives weren't up to par in taste and quality.

Dessert and view: On a positive note, we loved the dessert and the view, and we appreciate that.

We ordered kontosouvli but received the worst souvlaki we've ever had. The meat was incredibly dry and didn't taste fresh; it seemed like it had been reheated. It was so tough we could hardly chew it. To make matters worse, the bread was stale, and the olives and tomatoes didn't taste great either. The only good thing was...

Amazing food, especially when it comes to the meats. We tried the lamb chops, kokoretsi, and spit-roasted mutton. The latter is quite rare to find, and this one was exceptional. You can tell the meat isn’t from mass production — it’s clearly locally sourced and their own. As for the rest of our choices, everything was tasty and homemade. Service was excellent — incredibly polite staff and very pet-friendly. The location is stunning, with a breathtaking view of the Itea bay. Great value for money — the quality and experience far exceeded the price.

Highly...

Wonderful family restaurant - absolutely delicious food! It is indeed a hidden gem, as other reviews say. Here you will find a family owned restaurant, with local meat and freshly carved pieces of meat - I saw them carry two lamb to be cut and I had the most tender and fresh lamb chops. The veranda has a wonderful view with evening sun and mountain view. The Greek salad was fresh, well spiced and had savoury feta on top. The tzatziki was perfect - spicy and with the right texture. My highest complements.

Good price and great portions with fantastic people and service :) we came here after a long day in Delphi, and were treated to the most amazing fresh, homemade food. Beautiful views made it even better, and we came in time to witness such a beautiful sunset. There is no real menu, only what the waiter offers that is fresh that day. We took the greek salad, tzatziki, and lamb souvlaki; and they also brought out fresh bread and dessert for us, complementary! Our favorite meal in Greece so far!
