Αστροφεγγιά - Θαλασσινά — Restaurant in Dion - Olympos Municipality

We visited the resaurant with 8 of my friends tonight. Although it is a Friday night and they had customers we have to wait for over 35 min to order our drinks and food. The staff was unfriendly, looked tired and never apologised for the delay in taking our orders. The food was good, that is the only reason we came back to this tavern as we liked it/ visited it last year. However, not a great experience all night , getting our food was a mission! Nevertheless,we tried to ignored the bad atmosphere but at end of the night we had to wait for 30 min for the bill, altough we were with 2 little kids. I had to go and keep asking for the bill and the waiters did not really cared that we were waiting for so long, they were prioritising cleaning tables round us. At the end, after we finaly got the bill they did not even serve us the compulsory desert!As you probably know in Greece' taverns after you have dinner and pay your bill you always get a desert!!!When I confronted them and asked where is our desert , the answer I got was " We don't do desert.Its finished for today". We came for dinner as a family after a recommendation from a local and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is always packed with guests and it may happen that there is no place if you come later in the night. The staff are quick and efficient considering the crowd they have, moving promptly with full trays of food, glasses and plates, which is admirable. The food is fresh and delicious, it met all our expectations and more than that. Ordered sole fish, which I have never tried before, recommended by one of the staff and it was delicious. Being that it is quite crowded, the service is very fast. Тhe prices are appropriate considering that you are eating fresh and delicious seafood or meat specialties. Аlthough it is located on the promenade itself, the vehicles and people passing by do not reduce the enjoyment and the ambience. My only recommendation is to have an option with a picture of the type of fish served because it is not always possible to find a suitable translation for each type of fish, but we managed with a little help from google and a little help from the...

Το γκαρσόν που ήρθε να πάρει την παραγγελία στην παρέα μας είχε κατεβασμένα τα μούτρα μέχρι το πάτωμα , λες και έκανε αγγαρεία οταν ηταν φαντάρος οταν τον έβαζαν να καθαρίζει την Καλλιόπη. Το μόνο που τον ένοιαζε ηταν να σε ξεπετάξει για να φύγει και να μην τον ζαλίζει κανένας.

Μπορω να καταλάβω πολυ καλά οτι είναι μια αρκετά δύσκολη δουλειά με πολύ κούραση με πολλές απαιτήσεις και γερά νεύρα γιατί πολύ απλά μπορείς να συναντήσεις απο τον πιο καλό πελάτη μέχρι και τον πιο ιδιότροπο ακόμα και κακό.

Καταλαβαίνω την ορθοστασία, την κούραση, ακόμα και την διάθεση γιατί έχω περάσει απο την συγκεκριμένη θέση χρόνια πριν. Τις γκριμάτσες , τους μορφασμους και κοινός το μειδίαμα ΔΕΝ μπορω να το καταλάβω με αποτέλεσμα να δημιουργούν αλγεινή εντύπωση...

Παμε τωρα :

α)ποσότητα : Ήταν μια μέτρια κατάσταση και σε κάποια "μικρά" πιάτα πχ. πατάτες αρκετά καλή

β)ποιότητα : μέτρια προς το καλη σε κάποια πιάτα και σε κάποια άλλα απλα μέτρια , βέβαια εδω θα προσθέσω σχόλια απο "διπλανά" τραπέζια που ανάφεραν εντελώς αρνητικά (ίσως δεν έτυχε σε εμένα οπότε ζηταω και συγνώμη εκατέρωθεν)

γ)καθαριότητα : αρκετά καλή (τώρα για το αν ειναι καθαρή η κουζίνα μέσα ή όχι ΔΕΝ μπορώ να πω ψέματα γιατί απλά ΔΕΝ ξέρω και δεν μπορώ να εκφέρω γνώμη

δ)γλυκό κερασμένο απο το μαγαζί για να ευχαριστήσει τους πελάτες που τον τίμησαν με την παρουσία τους και άφησαν τα χρήματα τους μετά από το φαγητό : ΟΥΤΕ καν στην σφαίρα της φαντασίας

ε)τιμή : λίαν επιεικώς το κάθε (1) ένα άτομο πρέπει να διαθέσει 20-25€+++ δλδ μέσος όρος τιμών ανά πιάτο ηταν τα 8.5-9.5€ "τουλάχιστον" (αν κάνω λάθος στα μαθηματικά τότε συγνώμη 🙏 ! ! )

Εδω λοιπόν έρχεται και κολλάει: η "διαφορά" ανάμεσα σε (1)ένα επιχειρηματία σε αντίθεση με (1)έναν επαγγελματία...... (Οποίος δεν κατανοεί μπορεί απλά να ανατρέξει στο internet για περισσότερες πληροφορίες)

Απο περιέργεια και μόνο , μπορεί "αν" με με οδηγήσει ο δρόμος και οι δουλειές μου , να ξανά πάω για 2η φορά και να διορθώσω τυχόν λάθη (θετικά - αρνητικά) στα προαναφερθέν
