George's Place — Restaurant in Dion - Olympos Municipality

Typical Gyros place. Some nice menu choices but quality control is a bit of issue and service can vary depending on what mood they are in.

On this particular day I went, I had no issue with my specific food order of pork Souvlaki but it's always a bit of a concern when you have to remind them about your drinks order after the food had arrived and your sitting there dying of thirst.

The waitress was also not a native Greek speaking so there was constant miscommunication. My other family members ordered burgers and the menu showed one price. Waitress confirmed they come with chips but when the bill came they were charged extra. Manager said the amount on the menu is for the burger only. To avoid disagreement bill was paid but not great customer service. Other family members ordered chicken and pork souvlaki portions and they didn't come with a side dip which mine did. Again just mistakes with orders. Service was also slow and waitress needed constant prodding.

Decent quality food but poor service and many mistakes. The restaurant needs to consider another waiter/waitress during busy periods as this understaffing was the major cause of issues we...

I visited George’s in Platamonas and had a truly enjoyable experience. The setting was calm and peaceful — we sat right by the sea, which made for a beautiful view and a relaxed vibe that really elevated the whole visit.

I ordered the pork tomahawk, and for my taste, it was a solid 5 out of 5. It was perfectly cooked, juicy and full of flavor. The service also stood out. Our waiter was extremely polite, helpful, and attentive, and everything was served quickly and efficiently.

Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences I had in the area. Between the atmosphere, the food, and the service, George’s easily stands out as one of the top spots...

Don’t waste your time and money trying to find a good burger in Greece! This is the best and only real burger you will find! Real homemade 100% beef! Not mixed with porc! Fresh! They make new patty's every two hours!!! Who does that?! BRILLIANT!!!

The gyros is amazing as well !!! i can eat everyday of the week and won't get bored of the menu!

Smelled so good that i forgot to take a picture! Will return tomorrow for sure!
