Taverna Isida turned out to be an excellent choice for lunch after our tour of the Archaeological Park in Dion. Upon our arrival in the early afternoon, we were warmly welcomed by a smiling and courteous staff, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. The menu offered a variety of traditional Greek dishes, and we opted for homemade moussaka and portions of gyros.
The quality of the food was excellent – the moussaka was prepared according to an authentic recipe and was incredibly tasty, while the gyros featured juicy and flavorful meat, served with freshly baked bread and crisp garnishes. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised when the owners of the taverna personally came over to greet us and make sure everything was satisfactory.
Overall, Taverna Isida offers not only delicious food but also warm hospitality and a pleasant atmosphere that contribute to an unforgettable experience. We would gladly return again!

Needless to say that we barely touched the fish and wasted over 70 euros on nothing.
The staff is friendly being a family restaurant, but this was the only thing that was OK there. Also the hygiene and cleanliness were dodgy to say the least.
Don’t be fooled by the good reviews as they ask you kindly to leave a good...
